With two flying fields 26 kilometres apart choosing the right accommodation is quit a challenge. One may stay in the comfortable youth hostel on the Wasserkuppe enjoying the opportunity to go on foot with the model box to the slopes for testing or competing.
One may as well book a hotel in between the two venues to drive within a quarter of an hour to the currently used slope. (While driving, one may count with one minute time per kilometer.)
To accommodate officials and staff, a small hotel in Kaltensundheim had been booked.

The Jugendbildungsstätte (top of the Wasserkuppe) offers full pension including accommodation at costs of 27 € for Juniors or 31,70 € for Seniors per day in double rooms (7 days = 189 € for Juniors or 221,90 € for Seniors).
